Sugar Craft Cafe has a rich history, originating from the renowned Divino Gelato Cafe. Founded in 2013 by Lori Lester, Divino Gelato Cafe quickly became celebrated as one of the premier gelato destinations in Wisconsin and has received accolades from local and national media alike for its authentic Italian gelato.
After operating the Brookfield Square Mall kiosk for over 10 years, Lori has now sold the location to two of their long-standing employees, Raineen and Madison. With over 15 years of combined experience working across Divino Gelato Cafe's locations, Raineen and Madison are well-prepared to carry the torch. As of February 1, 2025, the kiosk will formally transition to Sugar Craft Cafe, focused on continuing Divino's legacy of delighting customers with quality artisanal gelato, coffee, bubble teas, and French macarons.
